Nice job on the Daily Bulletin. Two things:

I'm reading it on my little iMac and the text doesn't wrap and I have to scroll back and forth to read. Is there something I can do with the formatting when I send via the etree that would let the text wrap to fit the screen?

Is the bulletin really not posted on campus now that it is being read over the intercom?

Different browsers tend to handle .txt files differently. The simplest way of ensuring the best legibility would be to incorporate line breaks to the e-tree message at a modest width -- your email client should be configurable to automatically "hard wrap" messages at a certain width.

As for the bulletin, it's never been easy to come by, and less so now that the method has changed. I actually haven't tried to dig one up lately, so I can't reasonably say that they aren't around at all, but if I did try I'm not sure where I would start. I don't know if teachers are still getting them or not.

Long story short, it was never a good situation, and has certainly not improved.

Cool. A new, simple way to h4x0r your website. All it takes is a spoofed email address and you've posted whatever the hell you want to http://www.berkeleyhigh.org/bulletin/index.txt. Sure hope this file isn't executable, or you could be in big trouble.

Go h4x0r your mom. Defacing a high school bulletin page is not exactly an effective use of a uber1337 w1z4rd's time.

And no, not even I would make it executable. Though if you really want to break things, you could try hunting around for any of the CGIs that I permed 777 and forgot to fix, from back when I was installing MT...

Did I say that out loud? Oops.
