First Day Back from Winter Break
Today was the first day back from winter break for all students at Berkeley High and I surprisingly enjoyed it. I have a large group of friends that I kick it with during the weekends and my time off but there is also a medium sized group of friends that I seldom hang out with on the weekends or my time off so it was good to see them. In addition school has become a lot more fun if you’re a senior like me. The first semester is ending and when the second semester begins I know that my fellow seniors and I will be looking forward to the reduced workload and the luxury of just having to keep our grades at a respectable level. I don’t know how other seniors feel but I feel eager to get the school year progressing as soon as possible so that it can end and we can all begin a new chapter in our lives called college. A note to the underclassmen is to keep up the good faith and continue going to school so that you all can one day go to college and become another worker for the system that is the United States of America.
