Barbeque Club on Friday

This Friday is Barbeque club again and I’m looking forward to it. It’s a great time and it’s an opportunity to hang out with your friends and maybe meet some new people as well. Maybe you already go to every Barbeque club and you’re not intimidated but to any underclassman who hasn’t gone yet for whatever reason I encourage you to do so this Friday. The food is cheap compared to any food on Center, Shattuck or wherever you go to get lunch and like I’ve said already it’s a great environment. It’s also a great chance to meet some of the seniors who rule the roost at Berkeley High since many of the Barbeque club members are seniors if not all of them. Not only is the food at Barbeque club very tasty but there is music constantly playing as well. Generally the music is Rap/Hip-Hop but I’m sure you could convince Mateo to play something else if you have the courage to ask. By the way Mateo is the DJ and he’s a nice guy so don’t be afraid to approach the man with a couple of compliments or just to say Hi. The man gets lonely switching music in the corner with nobody to talk to. To anybody who still isn’t interested in going despite my coaxing you should come to meet me. I’m one of the two Asian cooks manning the grills. The other one is David. Anyway I encourage you to come and say hi at the very least. Oh yeah the Barbeque club sets up in front of the Donahue Gym for anybody who didn't know already.
